"Effective Use of 60% Government Spending"
Is what the UK's Office of Government Centre (OGC) aims to do.
However, the jury's still out on its own £14,000 spending for the new OGC logo.
The logo appears harmless at first glance. However, when rotated ninety degrees clockwise, it--and I quote--"has generated howls of mirth."
According to the article, a spokesman for OGC said: "...it is not inappropriate to an organisation that’s looking to have a firm grip on Government spend."

I prefer to call this one "illustrative."
ha ha ha... extremely funny!
It could've been worse, aries. The body could've been named OQC. And things may get quite limp, if you know what I mean.
On another note, "Likable Sick Perverts" is a good name for a garage band.
It looks a lot like our government. they always have a grip on this thing, and nothing else. bloody jerk offs.
I guess, anywhere in the world, people in power have similar tendencies.
Those brits are far more progressive (thus less prude) than I think
hahahahahahahaa...
it's just... extra ordinary funny and a little bit sarcastic, hehehe :P
